Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at the resort with its spacious and relaxing accommodations. The location is strategically placed near various tourist spots which made exploring easy. However, the service could use improvement, especially during unexpected situations. Overall, it’s a great place for families but be prepared for some bumps in service.
While the resort offers a stunning view of the nearby island and the beach area is picturesque, I found the accommodations lacking due to outdated features and pest issues. The staff tried their best to assist us, but the experience left me feeling dissatisfied, especially after the unfortunate incident involving the broken basin. Overall, there are pros and cons that would make me think twice about returning.
We had a pleasant stay overall, as the staff was helpful and the location was quite convenient for exploring nearby attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, but we did face issues with electricity and the overall service could have been more attentive. Still, the dining experience was enjoyable, offering tasty meals albeit at a higher price point.
I enjoyed my stay at the resort, with clean and comfortable rooms and helpful staff. The location is great for accessing various tourist spots in Camiguin. Unfortunately, the food prices were quite high and not worth it. Also, I was disappointed to find that there was no actual beach despite the beachfront location advertised.
I had a frustrating experience at this resort. The location is decent, being close to several tourist spots, and the grounds are well-kept. However, I faced major issues with service, particularly regarding the lack of electricity and the overall attitude of the staff. The dining was also overpriced for what it offered.
